To set reference points and benchmarks, I'll need your initial weight and then to perform skinfold caliper measurements on 7 sites of the body and then circumferences of 11 sites of the body. From here I'll calculate body fat percentage and lean muscle mass, and then we discuss goals in terms of these factors, and figure out a good goal to reach. Every 6 weeks, these measurements will be retaken to see the quantitative process.
Each session, I'll have a customized workout plan according to your goals and frequency of sessions per week, and the price might be adjusted if the gym location you wish to workout at is a commute more than 15 minutes from me.
